Short Bio: Jong-Chan Chung is a researcher and project manager at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center (FSBC) where he oversees the DeFi Talents program. Furthermore, he is a venture manager at the Blockchain Founders Group, a venture capital and company builder with a focus on web3 startups. His main fields of interest are cryptocurrencies, applications of blockchain and DLT systems as well as decentralized finance. He holds a dual Master’s degree in public policy from the Hertie School and the University of Tokyo.
Why are NFTs interesting? Currently, we are moving away from simple PFP-NFTs. NFTs unlock their true utility potential for instance when tied to IP rights or license. Have you heard of dynamic NFTs yet?
My touchpoints with NFTs so far: Created a POAP collection, minted several NFTs, bought some ENS-domains. I own some cute crypto kitties as well.
