Since its inception, the program has seen remarkable growth, both in terms of reach and impact. As of 2024, it boasts a diverse and global community, furthering education in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, ReFi and more through an 18-week course designed for ambitious individuals.

Reflecting on the journey since 2020, the initiative has witnessed over 9000 applicants from more than 80 countries, with close to 3500 talents now contributing as experts in their fields. The program’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident, with gender distribution nearing parity in recent cohorts, a testament to the successful DLT Talents initiative.
The growing community, now with almost 14000 LinkedIn followers, underscores the initiative’s widespread appeal and effectiveness. This success is attributed to the dedication of the FSBC team, the knowledge imparted by 70 mentors, and the invaluable support of sponsors.
We envision that participants passing through our program sooner or later can follow these career paths:
- You become an entrepreneur of a great ReFi startup that is quickly funded with more than EUR 1M.
