Why is blockchain interesting? Blockchain technology has the potential to disrupt traditional industries and create new business models by enabling secure, transparent, and efficient transactions without the need for intermediaries.
My touchpoints with blockchain so far: There are several touchpoints related to the above (disruption of industries & business models. Cryptocurrencies enabling a decentralized and secure movement of transactions. Supply chain management, tracking goods and products eg. from Farm to Fork. Voting Systems, enabling individuals to vote anonymously while ensuring the integrity of the vote is maintained, using smart contracts for insurance claims, automating the claims process and reducing the risk of fraud, healthcare – providing patients with more control over their personal data and improving the efficiency of healthcare systems, there are so many more I am seeing a demand in AI technology.
