Name: Jesús Pena García
Short Bio: Jesus is the founder of a WEB3 Consulting Company, and in August 2015, and he began actively participating and contributing to the global blockchain community. He learned smart contract programming language and created his first decentralized applications (DAPPS), which sparked his interest in the world of blockchain. Over the years, he has been involved in various public and private projects, playing a significant role in promoting the adoption of blockchain and cryptocurrencies in Luxembourg. As part of his achievements, he helped Deloitte Luxembourg develop go-to-market strategies for blockchain and cryptocurrencies services, and launched the Grant Thornton Technology HUB catering to Blockchain and Cybersecurity initiatives. As a blockchain enthusiast, he been part of several projects such as APLA, IBISA, and ARTXCHAINS or EQUALIZER.FINANCE among others, that have had an unprecedented impact on the industry. Currently, he is focusing on creating the new Stock Exchange for Digital Assets with #Nexify_Exchange to provide liquidity and develop new business models. He is also proud to say that he is a travel addict, having traveled extensively during his previous job as a public servant in the Intelligence Service at Centro Nacional de Inteligencia (Spain).

What was your first touchpoint with DLT & Blockchain? It was when I started programming DAPPS, as I was immediately impressed by the vast possibilities of what could be created. I quickly realized that this new technology could revolutionize how we interact with one another and with businesses, transforming how goods and services are exchanged. With this newfound knowledge, I set out to begin my journey into developing ecosystems and communities.
