Why is Bitcoin interesting? Bitcoin is the most decentralized and financially inclusive digital asset in the world. It has pioneered many innovations in cryptography, network consensus (Proof-of-work) and security. Bitcoin introduced blockchain technology which is used for different use cases (like supply chain, digital identity) across industries. In many ways, it challenges the traditional perception of money and value.
