Why is ReFi interesting? ReFi is compelling to me because it aligns directly with Happy Ground’s mission of promoting regenerative agriculture and decarbonization, especially as we work to transition farms across Thailand to more sustainable practices. It provides innovative ways to access capital, like decentralized finance and carbon credits, which can help us scale our impact while staying true to our values. Through ReFi, I see an opportunity to engage a global community of investors and partners who share our vision, and it positions Happy Ground as a pioneer in sustainable finance, supporting our long-term growth and resilience as we lead the regenerative agriculture transition in Thailand.
My touchpoints with blockchain and ReFi so far:
My touchpoints with ReFi so far have primarily involved exploring how regenerative finance can support our mission at Happy Ground, particularly in the transition of Thai farms to regenerative agriculture. I’ve been learning about decentralized finance mechanisms and carbon credits as tools to fund our projects and scale our impact. Additionally, I’ve engaged with the ReFi community to understand how we can leverage these innovative financial models to attract investors and partners who share our commitment to sustainability. Through these interactions, I’m seeing how ReFi can play a crucial role in advancing our goals and positioning Happy Ground as a leader in the regenerative agriculture movement.
