Why is ReFi interesting? ReFi or Regenerative Finance is exciting because it aligns financial activities with values that prioritize the well-being of the planet and society, making it a forward-thinking approach to finance with help of newer technologies like blockchain. Regenerative finance goes a step further than sustainability & ESG investing and focuses on actually recovering and improving the environmental and societal impacts of traditional capitalism instead of just reducing the negative side effects. This is the need of the hour and we all need to address it collectively and make it as community focused.
My touchpoints with blockchain and ReFi so far: ReFi Talent program have been my touchpoint for regenerative finance learnings. This Program with collaboration with ECOTA has equipped me with detailed knowledge around Refi and now i am looking forward to work, contribute, build and contribute to the well being of our plant using Refi methodologies.
