Why is ReFi interesting? ReFi is particularly compelling because it combines two of the most significant future-oriented topics: sustainability and blockchain. In my role at FERI, I observe how sustainability is becoming increasingly important, both through the rising number of sustainable investment funds and the expanding regulatory requirements. Simultaneously, blockchain technology is advancing rapidly, offering innovative solutions for transparent and efficient financial practices. By merging these developments, ReFi has the potential to fundamentally and sustainably reshape the financial sector. This intersection of key trends makes the field especially exciting for me
My touchpoints with blockchain and ReFi so far: Prior to joining the ReFi Talents program, I had no direct experience with Regenerative Finance. This program represents my first touchpoint with the field, offering me a valuable opportunity to engage with and explore the potential of ReFi.
