Why is ReFi interesting? ReFi is focusing on questions vital for the survival of life on Earth as we know it. It’s an exciting field that offers the potential for both financial and social benefits. It puts natural preservation and restoration at the forefront while involving innovative technologies, such as blockchain, for creating a more transparent and decentralized system of exchange and incentive. By investing in projects that restore ecosystems, promote social equity, and create long-term value and economic benefits, ReFi contributes to a more sustainable and diverse future.
My touchpoints with blockchain and ReFi so far: Only three sessions have passed and so many interesting speakers and people have participated in discussions where ideas and expertise was exchanged. There are individuals from various backgrounds but all share the respect and appreciation for nature and its elements. It’s reassuring that such great minds are conscious about the human’s footprint and are willing to take action towards ecosystem preservation. ReFI is a great way forward towards a more sustainable and diverse future.
