Why is ReFi interesting? ReFi is fascinating to me because it represents a shift towards financial systems that support social and environmental goals while rewarding merit and innovation with profit. Coming from a background in Web3 and coliving, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful community-driven projects can be. ReFi aligns perfectly with my belief in leveraging decentralized tools to create non-zero-sum opportunities where everyone benefits – building regenerative, thriving communities that are resilient, sustainable, and antifragile. It’s exciting to be part of a movement that challenges the status quo and strives for a better future.
My touchpoints with blockchain and ReFi so far: Coming from a DeFi background, my discovery of ReFi was a natural extension of my passion for innovative financial systems. I cofounded ColivingDAO with the vision of applying ReFi principles to enhance community living by integrating regenerative finance models. This journey has involved exploring how ReFi can support sustainable and equitable coliving environments through decentralized governance and community-driven projects.
