Why is blockchain interesting? I am amazed on the possible use cases of blockchain and how the future world of finance can look like. It is mostly associated with cryptocurrencies but there is so much behind it. I think finance and accounting professionals can really play a role and move it forward. I can’t wait to see accounting processes streamlined with blockchain and smart contracts widely utilised!
My touchpoints with blockchain and DLT so far: I am still learning and experimenting but I feel that a whole world of new finance just opened up in front of me. There is so many articles, podcasts, events about blockchain and specific areas that it makes it almost a bit too difficult to start!
