Why is blockchain interesting? Blockchain allows for the tokenization of real-world assets. This means that high-value assets such as real estate, art, or collectibles can be divided into smaller units, making them more accessible to a wider range of investors. Investors can trade these tokens on secondary markets without the need for intermediaries, reducing transaction costs and increasing market efficiency and liquidity.
My touchpoints with blockchain and DLT so far: I am currently working on a project involving the tokenization of artworks on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). On one hand, I am seeking the most optimal legal solution in terms of Polish and EU law. On the other hand, it is important to us to attract new users to the DLT field with easy onboarding and transaction solutions.
