Why is DeFi interesting? 1. Coming from a finance & IT background, blockchain in the financial sector is definitely a key area of interest for me, 2. It has been eye-opening to see how smart contracts can revolutionize traditional finance by democratizing processes that were once accessible only to large players.
My touchpoints with DeFi so far: 1. Trading cryptos on Binance and Metamask, 2. Invested in a Web3 startup, 3. Attended CV VC Summit 2024 in Zug and learnt a lot about the trend of blockchain use cases
