Why is DeFi interesting? Having myself worked in domain of Capital Markets for more than 12 years, I find it very exciting to see how DeFi is circumventing financial intermediaries and altering the traditional financial world. Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and DeFi have huge technological implications and use cases in payment infrastructure, asset tokenization, NFTs, and more.
My touchpoints with DeFi so far: Since 2021, my life has taken a turn as I have become immensely intrigued by blockchain and related concepts. I have participated in Cohort 3 of Bitcoin Talents. I have realized that this is a rabbit hole, and I decided to dig deeper into the world of Decentralized Finance (DeFi). I am currently in the phase of gathering knowledge, seeking to understand the entire ecosystem better and explore the application of the technology in various fields.
