Why is Bitcoin interesting? I see Bitcoin as a spring of innovation, which brought transformative technology with the potential to contribute to greater transparency, democracy, and equal access to wealth worldwide.
From a technological perspective, Bitcoin is fascinating because it solves the long-standing problem of trust in digital transactions. Its Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism and SHA-256 cryptographic hashing guarantee censorship-resistant and borderless financial transactions, which promotes financial inclusion, especially in regions with unstable banking systems or authoritarian controls.
My touchpoints with Bitcoin so far: I’m a Bitcoin enthusiast and have been actively involved in the Web3 space for several years, working on various projects in the industry. As a Marketing Manager, I specialize in conveying narratives about deep tech technologies, and I believe it’s essential to understand Bitcoin and its underlying blockchain technology at a core level.
To deepen my knowledge, I’ve educated myself about Bitcoin’s technology, earned competitive scholarships, and participated in numerous Web3 events. These experiences have given me a strong foundation to appreciate Bitcoin’s transformative potential and its role in shaping the future of decentralized technologies.
What’s next? Down the Bitcoin rabbit hole!
